          Vehicle lab

          Overview

          The vehicle laboratory is one of the five laboratories of the inspection department. Focusing on the technical fields of automobile safety, environmental protection, and intelligent vehicle testing, it supports the construction of synchronous research and development capabilities for supporting vehicles, and accelerates the integration of technology research and development, testing, testing, information services, and product certification.           It has mandatory testing and R&D testing capabilities for new energy commercial vehicles and pure electric passenger vehicles.           Capacity planning
          Focusing on the test and evaluation technology of intelligent networked vehicles and the test technology of automobile environment simulation performance, the research and analysis of automobile active safety test, analysis and evaluation, automobile NVH test analysis and evaluation, and adjustment and analysis of automobile chassis system are carried out.

          In the aspect of new energy vehicles, further study the power consumption and driving range under the electricity environment, vehicle energy consumption under the multi-channel electricity environment, the interaction between energy recovery requirements and ABS and ESP performance; gradually establish the hydrogen system for vehicle fuel consumption , leakage, safety and other testing capabilities.
